Terms of Service for Photo Booth Rental

 

Effective Date: September 27, 2024

 

Welcome to Brik Multimedia Studios LLC. By renting our Photo Booth services, client agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

  1. Definitions

 

  • “Client” "You" refers to the individual or organization renting the Photo Booth.

  • "Our" refers to Brik Multimedia Studios LLC

  • “Service” refers to the Photo Booth rental and associated services provided by Brik Multimedia Studios LLC.

  • “Event” refers to the occasion for which the Client is renting the Photo Booth.

 

2. Booking and Payment

Subscription: A subscription is confirmed upon receipt of an online form submission and online payment on our website www.brikmultimedia.com

  • Full Payment: The total balance is due at the time of booking on our website.

3. Subscription Terms for Photobooth Rental

  • Subscription Overview: By subscribing to our photobooth rental service, client gain access to a set number of rental hours that can be used at their discretion during the subscription period.

  • Roll Over Policy: Unused hours will automatically roll over to the next renewal period, allowing client to maximize their rental time.

  •  Pricing: The subscription price may increase at any time, with or without notice. Any new subscription fee will take effect at the next renewal.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable. Client agrees to hold Brik Multimedia Studios LLC harmless for any damages incurred if they decide to cancel their service and forfeit any unused hours due to subscription price increases.

  •  Usage of Hours: Subscription hours can be utilized in any quantity at any time throughout the subscription period. Hours can be booked for any event, subject to availability.

  •   Renewal Terms: Client subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless canceled. To avoid auto-renewal, client must cancel their subscription prior to the renewal date. Any remaining hours will be forfeited if the subscription is not renewed.

  •  Additional Charges: Client may incur additional charges for excluded add-on services and accessories, such as unlimited instant prints. Additional costs may also apply for photo printing paper and ink related to these services.

  •  Post-Purchase Process: After purchasing a subscription plan, client will be contacted via the information provided to confirm subscription. Client will receive access to a calendar to reserve event dates at their discretion. Time slot availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  •  Availability and Liability: Client agree to hold Brik Multimedia Studios LLC harmless for any damages incurred in the event that their desired time slot for an event is already booked.

  • Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel their subscription at any time before the renewal date. However, any unused hours will be forfeited upon cancellation.

  •  Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Client will be notified of significant changes prior to their next renewal.

  •  Agreement: By subscribing, the Client attests that they understand and agree to these terms. If the Client does not agree, please do not proceed with the subscription.

4. Responsibilities of the Client

 

  • Space and Power: The Client agrees to provide a suitable space for the Photo Booth, including access to electrical outlets and necessary permissions.

  • Guest Conduct: The Client is responsible for the behavior of guests using the Photo Booth. Damages caused by guests may incur additional charges.

 

5. Liability

 

  • Insurance: Brik Multimedia Studios LLC carries liability insurance for the Service. The Client holds Brik Multimedia Studios LLC harmless from any damages or injuries incurred during the Event.

  • Force Majeure: Brik Multimedia Studios LLC is not liable for failures to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, and acts of government.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

  • Content: All photos taken during the Event remain the property of Brik Multimedia Studios LLC. The Client is granted a license to use the photos for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior written consent.

 

7. Governing Law

 

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States.

 

8. Amendments

 

Brik Multimedia Studios LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to their Event.

 

9. Acceptance

 

By signing the rental agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
